Places people are proud to call home
We’re small, but ambitious. We aim to transform unloved buildings and areas into places people are proud to call home.
There are more than 19,000 households on the housing register in need of an affordable home in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH). But only 1,800 homes become available to let each year.
To help create sustainable places, we develop new affordable homes in Tower Hamlets. And to ensure we’re looking after our existing residents; we also build homes for sale and reinvest that profit into improving communities. We think of it like profit for purpose.
Ada Place
We're listening to feedback on early proposals to build 20 new homes within the Ada Place Estate. We’d also like to unlock the potential some of the currently underused areas within the estate, by providing improvements shaped by your feedback.
Our development team and their designers are keen to understand the local community’s views during this first round of consultation. We’re only at the beginning and we want to hear from residents.
We will firm all our plans once we have considered all feedback. We will then submit a planning application to Tower Hamlets council, which will carry out its own consultation and decide whether to grant permission. You can find information on previous consultations, designs, and proposals over on our designated Ada Place website.
Dinmont Estate
We're looking to build 23 homes and improve the local surroundings. Our initial plans include a new building between Sebright House and Beechwood House, which would be extended along Coate Street.
We know Dinmont has a strong community spirit, but we also know there are issues with anti-social behaviours and a lack of enjoyable green space. New homes would generate income that could be reinvested into the estate. We’re only at the beginning and we want to hear from residents.
