About the role
We are excited to be expanding our building safety team with a Building Safety Communications Officer.
What You'll Do:
• To effectively communicate with the THCH residents in matters relating to building safety.
• To organise and attend engagement events, such as resident building safety events and tenancy sounding boards.
• To aid the Building Safety Manager on collating resident information in relation to safety.
• Work closely with the Building Safety Manager and Project Managers to effectively identify and resolve concerns raised by residents.

The ideal candidate will be good at working with people with a true passion for helping people. Values and Behaviours in this role are arguably as important if not more important than experience, so we welcome candidates with all levels of experience and understanding of housing and or building safety.
