Three years ago, we kicked off a bold transformation. With a new leadership team, we took a hard look at where we were and mapped out a better way forward. Sure, it’s been tough at times—regulatory downgrades and low satisfaction scores are no walk in the park—but meaningful change takes time.

We’ve faced challenges head-on, learning from mistakes, and rebuilding with intention. It’s about more than fixing what’s broken—it’s about creating something stronger, together. Today, our office feels different. Teams collaborate better, accountability is the norm, and everyone genuinely cares about the work we do.

Forget hierarchies—we’re focused on fairness, consistency, and doing what’s right. The result? A workplace where transformation is more than a goal—it’s our way of life.

We value your time, effort, and dedication. That's why we reward our people with a work/life balance and supportive environment. When working with us you'll receive the following benefits:

Flexible working

Our full-time hours are 37.5 hours per week. We understand work is what you do, not where you do it. Most of our people split their time between their home and our offices (a few minutes from Algate East, 15 minutes from Liverpool Street). We also have dedicated field-based people who are out and about in our communities. Your role will depend on resident and business needs.

 

 

 

Your wellbeing

We offer a generous annual wellbeing package to help you feel good. Whether that's towards a home gym, yoga retreat or support with paying a energy /household bill. Plus weekly fruit deliveries and in-office massages are additional benefits that our people enjoy. Happy employees make happy residents!

Mental health

As part of our Employee Assistance Programme, we offer a free confiential counselling helpline. You'll be connected with the right support needed for you. We also have in-house Mental Health First Aiders who can support you. 

Work life balance

We offer 28 days holiday, which increases to 33 days after five years of working with us. You'll also get the bank holidays, three days off at Christmas and one extra concessionary day to use at a time that suits you.

You'll thank your future self for joining THCH - as part of your SHPS pension scheme, we'll match contributions up to 14%
