Anita Khan

Anita Khan, CEO

At 21, Anita took her first role in youth and development; it was the start of her journey of social purpose and community improvement. She believes that a home is the foundation to everything good in life, and without it, people cannot thrive. As an experienced housing professional and leader, Anita will make THCH’s aspiration to create places people are proud to call home into a reality.

Anna Sargeant

Anna Sargeant, Executive Director of Assets

Anna described her role as a housing officer as ‘the best job in the world’, as she supported different people every day. She believes that good quality housing is a human right and uses her personal experience of bad landlords and poor services to deliver meaningful change to housing organisations. Anna is leading THCH’s building safety and asset programmes to ensure our homes are safe, sustainable, and fit for the future.

Mandeep Kaur Bhogil

Mandeep Kaur Bhogil, Executive Director of Operations

It was the idea of empowering people that brought Mandeep into housing. Affordable homes that gave people a start in life aligned with her values. Her housing career began in West London 20 years ago, supporting young offenders experiencing homelessness. Mandeep is leading our performance and Consumer Standards improvement project to help transform operations and provide a consistently good, local service to THCH residents.

Jo Teare

Jo Teare, Executive Director of Resources

With over 20 years of experience in senior finance positions, in both private and public sectors, Jo will help to ensure THCH operates a well-run, financially, and socially responsible business. He's motivated to apply his experience to ensure the best possible outcome for our residents during his time with us.

Declaration of Interest

Our Board Members, colleagues and involved residents need to let us know if they have any personal interests that could interfere with their responsibilities - this is called a 'Declaration of Interest'. Everyone fills out a form once a year (or sooner if things change), which is managed by our Governance Team and reviewed by our People Committee.
