Our policies govern how we work with our residents and our community, and our strategies help define what our overarching goals for the future are.

They are the framework that helps us run THCH day-to-day, as well as improve for the future. Below, you can access them and read more about how we use them.

Policies

Our policies are how we keep ourselves in check, ensuring we act as a responsible landlord and service provider. Below you can find:

  • Resident policies that detail your rights and responsibilities in areas like, repairs, your neighbourhood and estate, your tenancy, safety, and financial support.

Strategies

Our strategies set out our intentions for the future. They define our purpose and remind us what we're working towards. Our most important is our Corporate Strategy, which we refresh every 3 years.

The current Corporate Strategy for 2022-25, is based on four pillars:

  • Providing a consistently good, local service
  • Creating sustainable places people are proud of
  • Trusting our people to do the right thing
  • Operating a well-run business that delivers value
