Our board & executive

THCH is run and managed by an executive team and a board. These two groups work together to ensure the smooth running of the organisation, and to make key strategic decisions that shape our future.

Our executive

Our executive team make key decisions on the day to day running of THCH, as well as the direction of the organisation. They work closely with staff and the board to ensure that we make the right choices and take the right steps to improving the lives of our residents.

An experienced housing professional and leader, Anita has been working in the world of social purpose and community improvement since the age of 21. She believes a home is the foundation to everything good in life, and without it, people cannot thrive. 

Anna Beach - Director of Assets

Anna Beach - Director of Assets

Anna leads on building safety and asset programmes at THCH, ensuring our homes are safe, and fit for the future. She has a deep understanding of the needs of residents, previously working as a housing officer, which she described as 'the best job in the world'.

Mandeep Bhogil - Director of Operations

Mandeep Bhogil - Director of Operations

Leading on key service areas like repairs, housing, estates, and more, Mandeep focuses on operations at THCH. Mandeep has been in housing for over 20 years, starting by working with young offenders experiencing homelessness in West London.

Jo Teare - Director of Finance & Resources

Jo Teare - Director of Finance & Resources

An experienced senior finance professional in both the private and public sectors, Jo ensures that THCH is a well-run, financially responsible business. He works to improve the viability of the organisation, and improve the way we are governed internally.

Our board

Our Board is made up of local residents, representatives, and specialists chosen for their expertise and experience. They are responsible for setting strategic priorities, monitoring performance, and ensuring effective delivery.

The Board also oversees governance, upholds the Group’s financial, legal, and statutory responsibilities, and drives our social purpose, vision, and values.

Declaration of Interest

Our Board Members, colleagues and involved residents need to let us know if they have any personal interests that could interfere with their responsibilities - this is called a 'Declaration of Interest'. Everyone fills out a form once a year (or sooner if things change), which is managed by our Governance Team and reviewed by our People Committee.
