As a community-based housing association managing over 3,000 homes there are lots of opportunities to work with us if you deliver an excellent service and great value for money 

We have a range of existing suppliers and contractors but are always on the lookout for ways we can deliver better services or great value for money for our residents, if you think you can help us do that then we would love to hear from you.

We are on a mission to provide great quality housing for London’s East End and excellent services for all of our residents and leaseholders. As a small organisation we rely on a network of high-quality partners and suppliers.

Our procurement team works with housing partners, suppliers and contractors to deliver high-quality goods and services for great value. 

We always seek to deliver the best value for money in our procurement and consult with residents to get their views on all of our major services. We look for suppliers who can add social value island who share our values and passion for inclusivity.
