Your Service, Your Say – the results

In response to the current cost-of-living crisis, we recently ran our ‘Your Service, your say’ consultation.

This gave our residents an opportunity to cut down their costs, by letting us know which optional services they wanted to continue paying for, and which services they no longer wanted.

Those services were:

  • CCTV
  • Concierge
  • Park Guard

Our consultation was shared with over 1100 residents. And of those, 198 households, across 42 buildings, gave their feedback.

Generally, people wanted to keep their CCTV and concierge services (if it was applicable to them) and remove their Park Guard service.

However, no building gave a response of more than 50% and therefore our consultation is inconclusive. Without a significant return, we’re unable to change these services.

While no changes can be made following this survey, it has reaffirmed to us that additional security measures are important to our residents. We will continue to focus on creating sustainable security improvements to deliver better value for money.
