Your service, your say!

The cost of living crisis has affected us all. We understand it has been a challenging time for many of our residents and we want to help.
As part of our commitment to deliver better value for money and continuously improve, we’ve reviewed our current service charges to offer our residents more choice and reduce costs.
Residents who currently pay for ‘optional services’ (charges that are not considered essential for compliance or regulatory reasons) will be able to have their say on what services are provided to their building.
The increased cost of living is pushing many people into making an impossible decision of heating their home or feeding their children. It’s not acceptable.
Our Tenancy Support service has seen an increase of 20% compared to April to July last year. We’re listening to people’s struggles, and we want to help.
The future of our services is being shaped with our residents, for our residents. We want to give the people who use and pay for the service the opportunity to shape exactly what that looks like.
I would really encourage people to get involved in the consultation and have their say. - Mandeep Bhogil, our Director of Operations
Residents can view the consultation and have their say by 6 September.
As well as removing some services, we’re also looking at how we can improve the essential services that we must provide. If any of our residents would like to help shape this, please get in touch with our Customer Services team.
