Supporting Residents with Essential Care Bundles this Winter

This December, we launched our Give Back initiative to support residents in need during the winter months. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our staff, contractors, and suppliers, we raised £3,000 to provide more than 100 care bundles filled with essential items.

With contributions from our contractors—ABSM, Axis, Hills, TJR, Rope Access, and RGE— and staff, we secured household goods and supplies to meet a wide range of needs. Staff volunteered their time to buy, pack, and deliver the bundles to local residents, including single tenants and larger families.

The bundles contained a variety of non-perishable goods such as canned items, pasta, rice, cereals, snacks, tea, coffee, and essential household products like washing detergent and toiletries. In addition, to help tackle winter challenges, the bundles included a Pura+ Mould Eliminator kit, providing practical support for those struggling with heating and ventilating homes.

Deliveries began on 17 December at Winterton House and have continued throughout the week. The initiative was made possible by the collaboration of the Neighbourhoods, Income, Estates & Repairs teams, who worked to identify residents in need of extra support this season.

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to this initiative—from our team members who volunteered their time to our partners and suppliers who donated goods. Together, we’ve demonstrated the power of collective action and community spirit during this festive season.
