Reporting heating and hot water issues

To help provide a better resident experience, we’ve been working with our gas and heating contractor, K&T Heating Services, to improve how residents report heating and water issues.
Heating and hot water issues can now be reported directly to K&T Heating. To do this, residents can just call our usual customer service number (02077803070), and an option to be put straight through to K&T will be presented.
By providing a direct communication option, heating and water issues can be resolved faster and more efficiently, as residents can arrange suitable appointment dates directly with K&T.
