A Week Of Successful Support For Residents

Last month we held drop-in surgery sessions to provide you and fellow residents with support for issues you were having with payments on rent, welfare and more. It was great to have so many successful and productive conversations. Here’s a few snapshots:

  • 21 new payment plans were set up to help residents catch up on their payments.
  • 20 Universal Credit cases were reviewed.
  • £4,206 of arrears were resolved.

Akima Fraser-Bailey, Heading of Housing reflects:

I am pleased with the work the team have accomplished and the ongoing support we will provide to our residents. Income Week has shown the importance of engaging with residents on specific issues and we hope to host more surgery weeks like this soon.
