Hello – it's time for the Big Door Knock!

Over the coming weeks, Hyde and THCH teams are heading out into Tower Hamlets, knocking on doors to listen, learn and connect directly with customers.
This is one of the first initiatives since THCH became Powered by Hyde, and it speaks directly to what our partnership is all about. By having face-to-face conversations with customers on their doorsteps, we can hear first-hand:

How we can improve services for customers.

Where we need to invest in homes, community centres, and estates.

What our local presence means to our customers.

How we can use the customer voice to inform what we do.
Mandeep Bhogil, Director of Operations, emphasised the importance of the Big Door Knock to the partnership, stating:
We know that change starts with listening. The Big Door Knock is our chance to show Hyde what residents' priorities are and make sure our shared commitments as THCH Powered by Hyde are focused on making a positive difference to their lives.
