Get ready for our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) survey!

We’re always looking for ways to improve what we do using feedback from our residents. As part of our commitment to listen, deliver consistently good services, and create places people are proud to call home, we’re asking you to let us know how we’re doing as your landlord.
In October 2023, we’ll launch our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) survey to help us understand our performance in providing good-quality homes and services.
The topics in the TSM survey will cover repairs, building safety, effective complaint-handling, respectful and helpful tenant engagement, and responsible neighbourhood management. The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) requires all social housing providers to ask their residents the same questions, so that they can understand what we’re doing well and where we could improve.
To help ensure our TSMs are fair, we’ve asked CX Feedback, an independent tenant engagement research agency, to help us. From 2 October, you may receive a text message or email from ‘CX Feedback’ that invites you to complete the 10-minute survey.
