Ask the Housing Ombudsman event
Tenants and leaseholders across Tower Hamlets are invited to an information session with the Housing Ombudsman for England, Richard Blakeway.
The session will provide information on the role of the Housing Ombudsman Service and the process residents should follow to get complaints about their social housing landlord dealt with effectively.

Advice will be shared on how the Housing Ombudsman can help residents that are unhappy with their landlord’s response to a complaint, or where a landlord may not have followed their complaints procedure. There will also be a Q&A session to ask the Housing Ombudsman general questions about the complaint reporting process. You can submit your questions in advance by clicking this link. (Please note that individual complaints cannot be dealt with at this session).
The Mayor of Tower Hamlets Council and Lead member for Regeneration, Inclusive Development and House Building will be attending, and light refreshments will be provided.
Please note that this session isn’t for tenants renting in the private sector.
